I am an independent perfumer and founder of HENNY FAIRE Co.

I began studying perfumery in 2014 alongside occupations in academia and the visual arts.

Olfaction bypasses language to connect directly with the seats of memory and emotion in the brain. As an autistic person who struggles with verbal communication, I find fragrance a facile medium with which to express my inner world and help others express theirs.

Aromas present to me as colors, textures, and physical sensations like temperature and touch. Fragrant compositions unfold before me like musical movements. This sensory crossover allows me to translate phenomenal experiences into fragrance with intuitive ease.

Primarily self-taught, I further my studies in perfumery at the Institute of Art & Olfaction in Los Angeles. I founded HENNY FAIRE Co. in 2016. In 2022, HF opened a storefront in historic Boyertown, PA, where we specialize in bespoke blending.
